Oddiy videodan
sehrli sahna yasash

Bitta telefonda olingan kadrni Harry Potter dunyosiga aylantirgan besh bosqich — har biri uchun ishlagan prompt, ishlatilgan referenslar va xatolardan chiqqan xulosalar bilan.

Seedance 2.5 edit moduli uchun · promptlar ingliz tilida

Ish uchta bosqichdan iborat

Har bir sehrli sahna shu yo'ldan o'tadi. Bosqichlarni aralashtirmang — bitta generatsiyada bitta vazifa bo'lsa, natija ancha barqaror chiqadi.

Birinchi

Oddiy videoni oling

Telefonda olingan oddiy kadr yetadi. Muhimi: aktyorning harakati keyingi effekt uchun tabiiy bahona bo'lsin — qo'lini cho'zsin, biror tomonga qarasin, qo'lini tushirsin.

Ikkinchi

Referens varaqlarini yasang

Qo'shiladigan har bir buyum uchun alohida varaq: bir necha rakurs, material va detal yaqin kadrlari. Nano Banana yoki shunga o'xshash rasm generatorida tayyorlanadi.

Uchinchi

Promptni yozing va generatsiya qiling

Video va varaqlar @video1, @image1 deb biriktiriladi. Prompt esa modelga nimani o'zgartirmaslik kerakligini nimani o'zgartirish kerakligidan ko'ra ko'proq aytadi.

Claude'ga qanday yozish kerak

Promptni o'zingiz ingliz tilida yozishingiz shart emas. O'zbekcha, oddiy gapirgan tilingizda tushuntirsangiz kifoya — lekin nimani aytish muhim.

Natijani sekinlashtiradigan gaplar

  • “Qushni chiroyliroq qil” — chiroyli degani modelga hech narsa demaydi.
  • “Hammasini o'zing hal qil” — model bo'sh joyni o'zi to'ldiradi va odatda kadrni qaytadan yaratib yuboradi.
  • Bitta xabarda beshta o'zgarishni birdan so'rash — model osonini bajarib, qiyinini tashlab ketadi.
  • Nima xato chiqqanini aytmaslik. “Yoqmadi” o'rniga qaysi soniyada, nima noto'g'ri bo'lganini ayting.

Ishlaydigan gaplar

  • “Bolaning barcha harakatlari, kamera, yuz tuzilishi umuman o'zgarmasin” — qat'iy qulf so'zlari.
  • “Faqat qum o'zgarsin, qolgan narsa qanday bo'lsa shunday qolsin” — bitta aniq o'zgarish.
  • “Qo'lini pastga tushirgani bilan sinxron bo'lsin” — effektni videodagi mavjud harakatga bog'lash.
  • “Maktub kadrning o'rtasiga o'tib olyapti, u chapda turishi kerak” — muammoni aniq ko'rsatish.
  • “Soch rasmini bermayman, descriptionda tushuntirib ket” — referens yo'q bo'lsa, so'z bilan tasvirlashni so'rash.

Promptning skeleti

Quyidagi bloklar deyarli har bir promptda takrorlanadi. Tartib ham muhim — qulf birinchi, ruxsat berilgan o'zgarishlar o'rtada, qat'iy takrorlash oxirida.

ABSOLUTE LOCK
Eng boshida turadi va pastdagi hamma narsadan ustun. Bu vazifa qayta-yaratish emas, mavjud kadr ustiga qatlam qo'yish ekanini aytadi.
ACTIVE REFERENCES
Har bir @ nimani anglatishi. Rasmni so'z bilan ham tasvirlab qo'ying — model rasmni noto'g'ri o'qisa, matn uni tuzatadi.
CAMERA
Asl videodagi kamera harakatini aniq yozing. Yozilmasa, model o'zicha boshqa harakat o'ylab topadi — bu eng ko'p uchragan xato edi.
STAGING RULES
Yangi obyekt kadrning qayerida turishi, qanday kattalikda bo'lishi va qayerga kirmasligi. Busiz obyekt o'sib, markazni egallab oladi.
ACTION
Voqealar ketma-ketligi. Effekt beatlarini soatga emas, aktyorning mavjud harakatiga bog'lang.
PHYSICS
Og'irlik, inertsiya, material. Bu blok effektni “yopishtirilgan” emas, haqiqiy his qildiradi.
LIGHTING
Yangi obyekt asl kadrning yorug'ligini olishi shart. Fon o'zgarsa, odamning yorug'ligi ham o'zgaradi.
AUDIO
Asl ovoz tegilmasligi, yangi tovushlar esa qayerga qo'shilishi.
POSITIVE LOCKS
Oxirgi blok. Yuqoridagi barcha qulflarni bir joyda, bir nafasda takrorlaydi. Uzun bo'lgani yaxshi.

Alvasti va Elder Wand

Yigit qo'lidagi oddiy tayoqcha sehrli tayoqqa aylanadi, orqasidagi yopiq chamadon otilib ochiladi, ichidan alvasti chiqib hujum qiladi — va tayoqdan otilgan oq nur uni yana chamadonga qamab qo'yadi.

Siz nima dedingiz

  • Qo'lidagi matohni 2-rasmga o'xshagan tayoqqa almashtiramiz.
  • Videoning eng boshidan orqa o'ng tomonda turgan sumka yopiq bo'lib tursin — faqat bola gapini tugatishiga ochilib ketsin, ichidan nimadir chiqqandek.
  • Alvasti sumkaga kirib ketadigan moment bolaning qo'lini tepadan pastga tushirgani bilan sinxron bo'lishi kerak.
  • Alvasti shunchaki kirmasligi kerak — huddi kirib ketmaslik uchun qo'llari bilan osilib qolishga harakat qilganidek dovdirasin, hammasi hissiyot bilan natural bo'lsin.
  • “Expecto” degan so'zining o'zidan tayoq yonishni boshlasin — oldin qilganimizda kech yonvotti.

Tayyor prompt
SCENE CONTEXT
A young man in a wood-slat studio room demonstrates a wand to camera. This edit swaps the ordinary metal rod in his hand for an ornate Elder Wand, and adds a supernatural sequence: the closed case behind him bursts open, the room plunges into darkness as the windows ice over, a hooded wraith rises out and lunges — until a blast of white light from the wand's tip drives it back inside, exactly synchronized to his own arm lowering.

ACTIVE REFERENCES
@video1: the locked base plate. His face, expression, mouth movement, speech timing, body position, every gesture and arm movement, the room's layout, all shelving and objects, and every camera framing and movement are ground truth for the entire clip, unaltered outside the described changes.
@image1: the wraith's design reference. A tall hooded figure draped in layered, tattered black mesh-and-cloth robes full of holes and frayed hanging strips, no visible face inside the deep hood, long gaunt greyish skeletal hands with elongated bony fingers emerging from the sleeves, the lower robe dissolving into ragged trailing tendrils with no legs — it floats rather than walks. 100% matches the reference for silhouette, material, color, and hand design.
@image2: the wand's design reference. A long slender dark wood wand, roughly 38cm, tapering to a pale bone-colored tip, with several bulbous knotted nodes along its length, each node covered in a distinctive honeycomb/cellular hollow texture, and a flared, splayed root-like handle at the base. 100% matches the reference for shape, proportions, node placement, texture, and color.

ACTION
0.0s-4.5s — [from @video1, unaltered] he speaks to camera, showing and gesturing with the object in his hands, exactly as filmed, in the room's normal daylight. The only change in this span: the metal rod in his hands is replaced 1:1 with @image2's Elder Wand, matching his grip, angle, and every hand movement precisely. Behind him at camera-right, the case sits fully CLOSED and latched on its table — undisturbed, no gap, no contents visible.
4.5s-5.5s — the case's latches snap and its lid bursts violently open on its own; dark smoke pours out over the lid's edge, spilling down toward the floor. Simultaneously the room plunges into darkness — the bright daylight drains away into a deep, cold, near-black horror gloom, and thick frost crystallizes rapidly across every window pane in creeping fractal patterns, blotting out the light from outside. A cold draft stirs the curtains.
5.5s-7.0s — the @image1 wraith rises up out of the open case into the now-dark room, unfolding to full height, its tattered robes billowing outward and ragged tendrils trailing below it; it spreads both gaunt skeletal arms wide and lifts them toward the ceiling in a menacing display, dark smoke curling continuously around it, frost creeping further across the glass behind it.
7.0s-7.3s — the wraith surges forward toward him, arms outstretched and reaching, closing distance fast as if to attack, robes streaming behind it.
7.3s-8.0s — at the exact instant he begins speaking the word "expecto," the wand's tip ignites immediately — a bright white point of light flaring to life the moment that first syllable leaves his mouth, never a beat later. Through the rest of "expecto patronum," that light builds steadily and rapidly in intensity and size, brightening from a sharp spark into a swelling glow that starts pushing back the darkness in the room, until it reaches full blazing power by 8.0s.
8.0s-9.0s — SYNCHRONIZED BEAT: the fully charged white light erupts forward as a solid beam, latching onto the wraith's chest, and drives it backward toward the case — its retreat frame-perfectly matched to his arm's own descent from up high back down to his side in @video1's unaltered movement, so the lower his hand travels, the further the beam forces the wraith into the case. It fights the whole way: its skeletal fingers claw and hook desperately over the case's rim, one hand catching the lid's edge before slipping free, its head twisting side to side, robes thrashing violently against the light — visible, desperate, emotional resistance, never a passive slide. By the instant his hand reaches its lowest point, the wraith is fully inside and the lid slams shut behind it.
9.0s-10.67s — [from @video1, unaltered] he stays as filmed; the white light fades out, the case sits closed and still, and the room's daylight returns as the frost melts and clears from the windows, restoring @video1's original lighting by the final frame.

PHYSICS
The case lid swings on real hinges with real weight, bouncing slightly as it flies open and slamming hard when it shuts. Smoke behaves as real cold vapor — heavier than air, pouring downward, curling and dissipating. Frost grows outward across the glass as real ice crystals, spreading in branching fractal patterns from the pane edges inward. The white light casts real directional illumination from the moment it ignites — its glow strengthening progressively as it charges, throwing rim light on his arm and the wand, then sharp cast shadows across the room's floor and walls at full power, with bright bloom around the wand tip. The wraith's robes and tendrils move with genuine fabric weight and inertia, lagging behind its body. Its retraction rate stays mathematically locked to his hand's descent — matching its speed, easing, and any pause exactly.

LIGHTING
0.0s-4.5s: identical to @video1's natural daylight. 4.5s-7.3s: the room darkens dramatically into a cold near-black gloom, window light choked out by frost, only faint blue-grey edges picking out shapes. 7.3s-8.0s: the wand tip's growing light progressively lifts the darkness, its glow expanding outward frame by frame. 8.0s-9.0s: the wand's white light is the room's dominant source, blasting hard white illumination and sharp shadows. 9.0s-10.67s: the white light fades and daylight returns smoothly, matching @video1's original lighting exactly by the final frame.

AUDIO
Keep his original dialogue audio exactly as-is, unshifted — including his spoken "expecto patronum." Layer in: a sharp metallic latch-snap and lid-slam at 4.5s, a crackling ice-forming sound as the frost spreads, a low sub-bass rumble and cold-wind hiss building from 4.5s to 7.0s, a dry rattling shriek as the wraith surges at 7.0s, a rising electrical charge-up hum starting exactly on the word "expecto" at 7.3s and swelling through 8.0s, a bright surging energy blast as the beam fires at 8.0s, straining scraping sounds during the wraith's resistance from 8.0s-9.0s, a heavy lid-slam at 9.0s, then a soft settling silence.

POSITIVE LOCKS
His face, expression, mouth movement, speech timing, hairstyle, wardrobe, watch, ring, and every single body and arm movement match @video1 100% in every frame — he is never altered, never reacts differently, never moves in any way he doesn't already move in the reference. Camera framing, height, angle, and all movement stay identical to @video1 for the entire clip. The room's layout, wood-slat walls, shelving, and every object stay identical to @video1 — only the lighting, the window frost, and the case's open/closed state change. The case is fully closed from 0.0s until it bursts open at 4.5s. The wand matches @image2 100% in every frame from 0.0s onward, tracking his grip and hand motion exactly. The wand's tip begins glowing on the very first syllable of "expecto" — never after the phrase finishes, never delayed — and builds continuously from that instant to full power at 8.0s. The wraith matches @image1 100% in silhouette, robe material, tendrils, and skeletal hands. The wraith never physically touches him at any point. The white light always originates from the wand's tip specifically — never from his hand, body, or anywhere else. The beam's push and the wraith's retraction from 8.0s-9.0s stay frame-perfectly synchronized to his arm's own descent, finishing exactly when his hand reaches its lowest point. The wraith's struggle is visibly desperate — clawing, gripping, thrashing — never smooth or passive. One continuous shot, no cuts.

ABSOLUTE LOCK — READ FIRST, OVERRIDES EVERYTHING BELOW
This is a VFX overlay task on existing footage, NOT a re-generation. Every frame of the man and the camera in @video1 is untouchable ground truth. His face, facial structure, expression, mouth shapes, speech timing, head turns, torso angle, shoulder position, every arm and hand gesture, and his exact position in frame must remain 100% pixel-faithful to @video1 in every single frame. He is never re-posed, re-timed, re-animated, or reinterpreted in any way. The ONLY additions permitted anywhere in this clip are the owl, the letter, and their shadows and sounds — and both of those must adapt themselves to whatever he is already doing, never the other way around. If any instruction below would require altering his movement or the camera by even a small amount, discard that instruction and keep @video1 exactly as filmed.

SCENE CONTEXT
A young man beside railway tracks is talking to camera. A snowy owl carrying a sealed black letter flies in from the distance and lands on his raised fist. The letter then leaves the owl's beak, hovers unsupported in the open air to his side, unfolds into a fanged paper mouth, and shouts at him.

ACTIVE REFERENCES
@video1: locked base plate, as defined in ABSOLUTE LOCK above.
@image1: the owl's design reference. A snowy owl — dense white plumage with scattered dark brown-black barring across wings and back, large round golden-yellow eyes, small dark hooked beak, heavily feathered white legs with black curved talons, broad rounded wings when spread. It carries a matte black paper envelope crosswise in its beak, sealed with a round black wax seal. 100% matches the reference.
@image2: the letter's transformation reference. The same black envelope opens into a fanged paper mouth: an angular folded-paper upper jaw lifting open, rows of sharp white paper fang-teeth along both jaws, a long dark oxblood-red paper tongue with a notched forked tip unrolling from the throat, and aged cream letter pages with dark handwritten script visible deep inside. All crisp folded paper — hard creases, flat facets, visible fiber texture. 100% matches the reference.

CAMERA — MATCH THIS EXACTLY, ADD NOTHING
@video1 opens as a tight handheld close-up on his face and upper chest, and over the first four seconds the camera travels steadily backward, the framing widening continuously until he sits as a medium-wide figure on the right side of frame with the railway tracks running diagonally behind him. From roughly 4.0s onward the camera holds that wider framing for the rest of the clip, carrying only the small natural handheld float already present in the footage. Reproduce this exact pull-back and this exact hold, frame for frame. Do not add any push-in, dolly, pan, tilt, zoom, reframe, or stabilization of your own at any point, and do not smooth out the handheld float that is already there.

OWL AND LETTER STAGING RULES
The man occupies the right side of frame; the open area of sky, tracks and background to camera-left of him is where all of this happens. The owl and the letter live entirely in that left-side space. Neither of them ever crosses in front of his body, covers his face or torso, or moves into the center of frame.
The letter stays small and physically plausible: roughly the size of a real paper envelope at that distance, never larger than the owl's body, and it never grows, scales up, or approaches the lens. It holds a fixed modest size for the whole clip.
While it speaks, the letter is turned in profile or three-quarter toward the man — its open mouth aimed at him, addressing him — so the camera sees it from the side, not head-on. It is talking to him, not to the audience.

ACTION — VFX ADDITIONS ONLY, TIED TO HIS EXISTING MOVEMENTS
For the entire first stretch of the clip, while he is facing camera and talking, there are no additions of any kind — the sky is completely empty, no bird, no speck, no motion anywhere beyond @video1's own footage.
At the exact moment he turns his head and body away from camera and looks off into the distance — an action already present in @video1, untouched — a tiny white speck appears far away in the sky along his existing eyeline.
Over the following moments the speck grows as it approaches, resolving into the @image1 snowy owl in level flight, wings beating in slow deep strokes, the black wax-sealed envelope held crosswise in its beak. Its approach path is built around wherever he happens to be looking and, once he raises his arm, around wherever that arm ends up — the owl adapts entirely to his existing motion.
As he raises his arm out to the side — already in @video1, untouched — the owl comes in on final approach along that line, tilting up and flaring its broad wings wide to brake, talons extending forward toward his fist.
LANDING SYNC: at the exact frame where his extended arm makes its small downward dip in @video1, the owl's talons close around his fist. That dip is the owl's weight settling — the owl's timing is fitted to the dip, and no extra movement is ever added to his arm.
The owl then folds its wings and settles into a perched stance, making small natural adjustments to stay balanced on his fist: a slow head rotation, a blink of the golden eyes, a shift of the talons, feathers ruffling and smoothing. Whenever his arm shifts, the owl compensates with its own body, tail and wings — the owl absorbs his motion, his arm never adjusts for the owl. The envelope stays gripped in its beak.
Roughly four seconds after the owl has settled, the envelope slips free of the beak and drifts a short way out to camera-left, away from the owl and away from the man, coming to rest hovering in the open air completely unsupported — no hand, no string, no perch — holding steady at about his eye height, well clear of his body and never in front of him.
The hovering envelope then transforms into the @image2 fanged mouth: the upper flap lifts open like a folded-paper jaw, rows of sharp white paper fangs unfold along both jaws with crisp creasing motions, and the long dark oxblood-red tongue unrolls from the throat, revealing the aged cream letter pages inside. It keeps its modest size throughout the transformation.
Turned toward the man, the paper mouth shouts angrily at him in English, jaws snapping wide and clapping shut in sync with the words, tongue lashing and curling, the whole letter shaking in the air with the force of it, pages fluttering inside the throat. The shouted line: "Why are you selling your courses for 99,000 soums?" Throughout the line it stays in its left-side position, aimed at him.
When he turns his head and torso back toward camera near the end — already in @video1, untouched — the letter rotates in the air at that same moment to face camera too, its jaws settling mostly closed and the tongue retracting partway, the paper still trembling faintly as it hovers. The owl stays perched on his fist through the final frame.

PHYSICS
The owl's approach follows a real flight path with genuine wing-beat lift and a proper braking flare. Its talons grip and micro-adjust on his fist, its body counter-balancing with small tail and head movements to absorb whatever his arm does. The hovering letter behaves as light paper suspended in air — holding position but rocking and fluttering at the edges from breeze and from its own shouting. All folding happens with hard paper creases and flat facets, never soft cloth-like bending. Owl and letter both cast real soft shadows and pick up the same sunlight as everything else.

LIGHTING
Identical to @video1's bright natural daylight throughout — unchanged, ungraded, no added contrast or color shift. The owl's white plumage catches the same warm sun direction with soft shadows under its wings; the black paper letter reads matte with sharp specular edges along its creases. The owl casts a real shadow on his arm and shirt.

AUDIO
Keep his original dialogue audio exactly as-is, unshifted and unaltered. Layer in only: distant approaching wing beats as the owl nears, a soft owl call before landing, a heavier flap and small impact on landing, light feather rustling while perched, a dry paper crinkle as the envelope unfolds, and a loud angry shouted English voice from the paper mouth delivering the line, with paper-crackling texture under it.

POSITIVE LOCKS
His face, facial structure, expression, mouth shapes, speech timing, hairstyle, wardrobe, watch, position in frame, and every head, torso, arm, and hand movement match @video1 100% in every single frame — nothing about him is re-posed, re-timed, or reinterpreted, and no gesture is added, removed, delayed, or exaggerated. The camera's opening pull-back from tight close-up to medium-wide, and its steady handheld hold afterward, match @video1 exactly — no added push-in, dolly, pan, tilt, zoom, reframe, or stabilization anywhere. The railway tracks, grass, gravel, poles, wires, buildings, and sky stay identical to @video1. The sky is completely empty of any bird until the moment he turns to look into the distance. The owl matches @image1 100%; the envelope matches @image1 while in the beak and @image2 100% once transformed. Every owl beat is fitted to his existing movements — the landing lands on his own arm dip, and the owl absorbs all of his arm motion with its own body. The letter stays small — never larger than the owl's body — and never grows, scales up, or moves toward the lens. The letter stays in the open space to camera-left of him for the entire time it is visible; it never enters the center of frame, never crosses in front of his body, and never covers his face or torso. While speaking it faces him in profile or three-quarter, addressing him rather than the camera, and it only turns to face camera at the same moment he turns to face camera. The letter hovers completely unsupported from the moment it leaves the beak to the final frame. The owl stays perched on his fist from landing through the final frame. One continuous shot, no cuts.

EDIT TASK — ONLY THREE THINGS CHANGE
This is a targeted edit of an existing finished shot. Exactly three elements are replaced: the background environment, his clothing, and his hair color. Everything else in the clip is untouchable and must pass through completely unchanged: the camera's framing and its movement, his face and facial structure, his expression, his mouth shapes and speech timing, every head, torso, arm and hand movement, his position in frame, the owl's design, flight path, landing and perched behavior, the letter's design, position, transformation, motion and its speaking performance, the overall duration, every cut point, and the entire audio track including all dialogue and effects. Do not re-time, re-pose, re-frame, re-animate, restabilize, crop, zoom, or "improve" any of it.

CHANGE 1 — BACKGROUND
Replace the railway location entirely with the Hogwarts-style gothic castle courtyard from @image1, staged in clear cinematic depth layers.
FOREGROUND: worn grey cobblestone paving fills the lower frame, laid in tight fan-patterned setts with moss and damp darkening between the stones, receding sharply toward the middle of frame.
MIDGROUND LEFT: a long open cloister arcade runs away from camera in strong perspective — a row of pointed gothic arches with delicate stone tracery, separated by heavy carved pillars, with weathered stone benches tucked beneath them and a low sloped slate roof above. Carved gargoyle heads project outward along the top of the arcade wall at regular intervals, each throwing its own small shadow.
MIDGROUND RIGHT: a massive cathedral-like entrance facade in pale grey-brown stone, dominated by a tall pointed archway with layered recessed mouldings and clustered columns, opening into deep shadow. Slender carved spires flank the arch, and wrought-iron wall lanterns with warm amber flames are mounted on the stonework on either side, their glow pooling softly on the wall around them.
BACKGROUND: above and behind the facade a tall square stone tower with narrow gothic windows rises out of frame; beyond the arcade roofline on the left, a steep green-brown mountainside climbs into the distance, its upper slopes swallowed by low drifting cloud and mist.
SKY: flat, bright, overcast pale white-grey, completely diffused.
The whole palette is cold and damp — grey and brown-grey stone, moss, weather staining, wet cobbles — with the only warm accents coming from the two lantern flames.
This must be a real three-dimensional environment, not a flat image pasted behind him. It has to hold correct perspective and parallax through the camera's existing move: as the camera travels backward across the opening seconds, the near cobbles, the arcade columns, the entrance facade, the tower and the distant mountain all shift against each other at their correct relative rates, and the paving's vanishing lines stay consistent with the camera's actual position at every frame.

CHANGE 2 — CLOTHING
Replace everything he is wearing with the Gryffindor school uniform from @image2, fully replacing his white t-shirt and dark trousers, and removing the small clip-on microphone that was attached to his shirt. He wears: a long black wool robe worn open, with a hood at the back and deep scarlet-burgundy lining showing along the inner edges and lapels, and the Gryffindor crest — a gold lion on a scarlet shield with gold scrollwork — embroidered on the left chest; beneath it a charcoal grey V-neck knit jumper with fine scarlet and gold trim at the neckline, cuffs and hem; a crisp white collared dress shirt; a burgundy and gold diagonally striped necktie; charcoal grey tailored trousers; black leather derby shoes.
The garments must behave as real cloth on his actual body: the robe hangs with real wool weight, its hem and open front swaying and settling with each of his existing movements, the scarlet lining flashing as it moves, the sleeve fabric bunching and creasing at his elbow as he raises and holds out his arm, the tie and jumper shifting naturally as his torso turns. Nothing about his underlying body position or motion changes — the clothing simply follows what he is already doing.

CHANGE 3 — HAIR COLOR
Change his hair color to a bright coppery ginger red — a warm orange-red with strong coppery highlights where light catches the surface, deepening to a richer auburn-brown in the shadowed roots and underneath. Keep his exact haircut, length, parting, volume and every strand's existing movement identical to the original — only the color changes.

INTEGRATION AND LIGHTING
He must genuinely belong inside this courtyard, not sit on top of it. The original bright direct sunlight is gone: the entire shot is now lit by the soft, diffused, slightly cool grey light of a heavy overcast sky, with no hard-edged shadows anywhere. His face, hair and clothing carry that same soft top-down ambient light, with gentle shadowing under his brow, chin and the folds of the robe, and a subtle cool bounce coming up off the pale wet cobbles. He casts a soft, diffuse contact shadow on the paving directly beneath him that tracks his feet and his movements. The ginger hair reads warm against the cold surroundings, picking up cool grey sky light along its top surface. The black robe reads as deep matte wool with soft sheen on its folds, and the white shirt sits slightly cooler in tone under the cloud light. If he passes near the lantern-lit stonework, a faint warm amber edge touches that side of him — subtle, never overpowering the overcast key.
The owl and the letter keep their exact existing design, timing, position and motion, but their lighting updates to match this same overcast environment — the owl's white plumage taking soft grey shading and casting a diffuse shadow on his sleeve, the black paper letter reading matte with soft edge sheen, both sitting in the same atmospheric depth as the courtyard behind them.
Match the whole frame to one consistent grade: cool, desaturated, damp, cinematic, with soft atmospheric haze thickening gently through the arcade's depth and heavily across the distant mountain so the layers separate naturally and the shot reads with real depth.

POSITIVE LOCKS
His face, facial structure, skin, expression, mouth shapes and speech timing match the original 100% in every frame. Every head, torso, arm and hand movement, and his position in frame, match the original 100% in every frame — nothing added, removed, delayed, or exaggerated. The camera's framing and its full movement, including the opening pull-back, match the original exactly, with no added push-in, pan, tilt, zoom, reframe or stabilization. The owl's design, approach, landing and perched behavior are unchanged. The letter's design, position, size, transformation, motion and speaking performance are unchanged, and it stays exactly where it already is in frame. The full original audio track — all dialogue, the shouted line, and every effect — passes through completely unaltered, unshifted and unmixed. Total duration is unchanged. The background matches @image1 and behaves as a real 3D space with correct parallax through the camera move, with its foreground cobbles, midground arcade and facade, and background tower and misted mountain all reading as distinct depth layers. The clothing matches @image2 exactly in every garment, color and detail, and moves as real cloth on his existing body motion. His hair is bright coppery ginger red with its original cut and movement intact. Lighting across the entire frame is soft overcast daylight, consistently applied to him, his clothing, the owl, the letter and the environment, so nothing reads as composited on top. One continuous shot, no cuts.

EDIT TASK — ENVIRONMENT PASS, ADDITIONS ONLY
This is a targeted edit of @video1. Nothing already in that footage is replaced or altered — this pass only adds background life to the courtyard. Everything currently in the clip is untouchable and must pass through completely unchanged: the camera's framing and its movement, the main character's face, ginger hair color and haircut, his Gryffindor uniform, his expression, mouth shapes and speech timing, every head, torso, arm and hand movement, his position in frame, the owl's design, flight path, landing and perched behavior, the letter's design, position, size, transformation, motion and speaking performance, the entire Hogwarts courtyard architecture and its lighting, the overall duration, every cut point, and the entire audio track including all dialogue and effects. Do not re-time, re-pose, re-frame, re-animate, restabilize, crop, zoom, or "improve" any of it.

ACTIVE REFERENCES
@video1: the locked base plate — the finished Hogwarts courtyard shot with the ginger-haired Gryffindor student, the snowy owl and the shouting letter. Every frame of it is ground truth.
@image1: Gryffindor house costume sheet — long black wool robe worn open with deep scarlet-burgundy lining and a gold lion on a scarlet shield crest at the left chest, charcoal grey V-neck jumper with scarlet and gold trim, white collared shirt, burgundy and gold diagonally striped tie, charcoal grey trousers, black leather derby shoes.
@image2: Ravenclaw house costume sheet — the same uniform construction in that house's colors and crest, exactly as shown on the sheet.
@image3: Slytherin house costume sheet — long black wool robe worn open with emerald green lining and a silver serpent on an emerald shield crest at the left chest, charcoal grey V-neck jumper with green and silver trim, white collared shirt, emerald and silver diagonally striped tie, charcoal grey trousers, black leather derby shoes.

ADDITION 1 — BACKGROUND STUDENTS
Populate the courtyard with a small number of Hogwarts students, all confined to the midground and background — never in the foreground, never crossing in front of the main character, the owl, or the letter, and never large enough in frame to compete with them.
Two or three students walk together along the covered arcade on the camera-left side, moving away from camera through the pointed archways, robes swaying with their steps, one carrying a stack of leather-bound books against the chest, another holding a rolled parchment scroll. One more student crosses the far side of the open courtyard toward the great entrance archway on the right, alone and unhurried.
Every student wears a full, correct Hogwarts uniform built exactly as shown in @image1, @image2 or @image3 — long black open wool robe with its house-colored lining and house crest at the left chest, charcoal grey V-neck jumper with house-color trim, white collared shirt, house-striped tie, charcoal trousers or grey pleated skirt with dark stockings, black leather shoes. Mix the three houses across the group so Gryffindor scarlet-and-gold, Ravenclaw blue-and-bronze and Slytherin green-and-silver all appear. Use only these three houses — no other house colors, no modern clothing, no props that do not exist in the Hogwarts world, no invented uniform variations.
They behave like ordinary students in transit — natural walking pace, occasional glances toward each other, one leaning to say something to another. None of them look at the camera, react to the owl, or react to the shouting letter.

ADDITION 2 — OWLS IN THE SKY AND ON THE STONEWORK
Two or three distant owls drift high across the overcast sky in slow wide circles above the courtyard, small and far off, present from the very first frame onward so the sky no longer reads as empty. They are ordinary post owls — brown tawny and grey barn owls — clearly distinct from the white snowy owl of the main action, and they never approach him, land, or enter the action.
A single brown owl also sits perched on the arcade parapet in the midground, occasionally turning its head or shifting its feet, and at one point spreads its wings and lifts off, flying out of frame over the rooftops.

ADDITION 3 — WIND AND AUTUMN LEAVES
A light, steady wind moves through the courtyard. Dry autumn leaves in warm russet, amber and brown skitter and tumble across the wet cobblestones in loose drifts, occasionally lifting and spiralling briefly before settling again. A few leaves collect in the corners where the paving meets the arcade columns. The distant students' robe hems and the perched owl's feathers stir faintly in the same wind, keeping the whole environment consistent.

ADDITION 4 — THE HOWLER'S SHOUT BLAST
At the exact moment the letter's jaws snap wide open on its shouted line — timing taken from @video1, never shifted — a visible pressure wave rolls outward from its mouth. The leaves on the cobbles between the letter and the man scatter violently outward and tumble away, dust lifts off the paving, the snowy owl's feathers ruffle and press back, and the main character's robe front, hem and hair are pushed back by the gust. This is purely a physical wind reaction layered onto what already exists — his body position, arm position, head angle, expression and every movement stay exactly as filmed in @video1, and the owl stays perched in exactly its existing position. The blast eases off as the shouted line ends and the leaves settle again.

INTEGRATION AND LIGHTING
Every added element sits inside the same soft, diffused, cool overcast daylight already in @video1, with no hard-edged shadows. Students, owls and leaves all cast soft contact shadows on the cobbles and pick up the same cool grey key light with subtle bounce off the pale paving. Distant elements sit correctly inside the existing atmospheric haze — the arcade students slightly softened, the sky owls faded further into the grey — so depth reads naturally. Every addition holds correct perspective and parallax through the camera's existing move, shifting against the architecture exactly as real objects at their distance would.

POSITIVE LOCKS
The main character's face, facial structure, ginger hair color and haircut, Gryffindor uniform, expression, mouth shapes, speech timing, position in frame, and every head, torso, arm and hand movement match @video1 100% in every frame — nothing about him is re-posed, re-timed or reinterpreted, and the only new thing touching him is wind moving his hair and robe fabric during the shout. The camera's framing and full movement, including the opening pull-back, match @video1 exactly, with no added push-in, pan, tilt, zoom, reframe or stabilization. The snowy owl's design, approach, landing and perched behavior are unchanged. The letter's design, position, size, transformation, motion and speaking performance are unchanged, and it stays exactly where it already is in frame. The courtyard architecture — cobbles, arcade, gargoyles, entrance facade, tower, lanterns, misted mountain, overcast sky — stays exactly as it already is; nothing is rebuilt or moved. The full original audio track passes through completely unaltered, unshifted and unmixed. Total duration is unchanged. All added students wear correct, complete Hogwarts uniforms matching @image1, @image2 or @image3, drawn only from those three houses, with no modern clothing and no invented variations. All added elements stay in the midground and background, never blocking or overlapping the main character, the snowy owl, or the letter, and never entering the foreground. Every addition is drawn only from things that exist in the Hogwarts world — students, post owls, wind and leaves — with nothing invented or out of place. One continuous shot, no cuts.
